Associate Attorney - Farmington Hills, MI - On-site

Aquent is partnering with a leading legal services firm dedicated to guiding clients through complex legal processes with precision and expertise. We are seeking a highly motivated legal professional to join their dynamic team and make a significant impact on their client-focused operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing critical legal matters, directly contributing to client success and ensuring regulatory compliance, while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

As a key legal professional, you will directly influence the successful navigation of critical legal processes, ensuring adherence to regulations and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence and efficiency.



  • Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings.
  • Manage all aspects of complex legal cases, including contested matters.
  • Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (telephonic and in-person).
  • Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to clients, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
  • Review chains of title and ensure accuracy.
  • Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned, contributing to the firm's evolving needs.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Active member in good standing with the Michigan Bar Association.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional client interaction across various platforms.
  • Exceptional client service and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and timely decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking capabilities.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience in foreclosure law or a related legal field.


Additional Information:



  • Eligible for a sign-on bonus.
  • Additional variable compensation can be discussed.
