Here's what you'd do:

  • You will be essential to keeping our manufacturing operations running at peak performance as we transform from traditional fabricator to engineered solutions provider.
  • As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll support the performance and maintenance of production machinery, manufacturing facilities, and grounds across our operations.
  • Your expertise with servo drives, CNC machining equipment, three-phase transformers, and PLC systems directly impacts.
  • Working with a team that values continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving, you'll take ownership of equipment reliability while contributing to our culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Develop, implement, and own a robust preventive maintenance program that minimizes equipment downtime and extends machinery life.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and service on production machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Install mechanical and electrical machinery upgrades and replacement parts to maintain optimal performance.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports documenting work performed, parts used, and equipment condition
  • Coordinate with management to schedule regular maintenance activities that support production schedules
  • Conduct regular building and grounds maintenance to ensure safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Clean, organize, inventory, and maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and identify root causes to prevent recurrence
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with industrial safety standards
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment improvements and modifications

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $25.00 - $39.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Direct Placement.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance programs and maintenance documentation systems.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to deliver quality products to customers in data centers, industrial power, and defense sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with servo drives, CNC machining equipment, and three-phase transformers.
  • Working knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical control diagrams.
  • Technical education or certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields.
  • Good problem-solving skills with mechanically inclined mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety focus.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving equipment requirements.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stretching to reach and service machinery.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
  • Manual dexterity for precision work with tools and small components.
  • Visual acuity to inspect machinery and read technical documentation.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions including heat, noise, and confined spaces.
