Job Description: * Deliver industry-leading service standards by providing prompt, one-call resolution to client inquiries. * Multitask efficiently between documentation, phone calls, and follow-ups. * Foster a collaborative, team-focused environment centered on customer service and company growth. Primary Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls from current clients regarding policy questions, requested changes, or updates. * Build and grow existing client relationships. * Save cancellation requests and set up autopay as needed. * Ensure timely and accurate entry of all inbound leads. * Follow up on outstanding items and provide thorough documentation. Requirements: * Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and email) * Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Professional attitude and a desire to help others * Willingness to learn and grow within the company Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
