*Client Coordinator - Remote (Healthcare Claims Support)* *Pay Rate:* $15/hour
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CT *Location:* Remote (Must reside in a state with minimum wage $15/hr) *About the Role* Join a growing healthcare support team as a *Client Coordinator*, where you'll play a key role in processing medical claims and documentation. This is a remote opportunity ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in healthcare data entry and claims review. *Key Responsibilities* * Review cases for eligibility through CMS portals and enter data into internal systems. * Pull and upload medical records from external client sites. * Ensure completeness and accuracy of medical documentation before assigning to reviewers. * Respond to internal inquiries regarding case status and documentation. * Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory standards. * Support a new department formed in response to the *No Surprises Act*-be part of a foundational team! *Qualifications* * High School Diploma or GED required. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. * Familiarity with *EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)* and *RAs (Remittance Advice) highly preferred*. * Working knowledge of *medical terminology*, *CPT/ICD-10 coding*, and *medical billing* preferred. * Proficient in *Outlook*, *MS Teams*, and general computer systems. * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor. * Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home environment with reliable internet. *Important Notes* * This is *not a phone-based role*; communication is primarily internal. * Candidates must reside in states where the minimum wage is *$15/hr or less*. * Not eligible: CA, WA (incl. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
