Triage Specialist - Customer Support We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Triage Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, ensuring each interaction is handled with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: * Answer and manage incoming customer calls in a timely and courteous manner. * Assess the nature of each inquiry and accurately route calls to the appropriate department or team. * Maintain a strong understanding of company services, departments, and escalation protocols. * Document call details and outcomes in the system to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution. * Collaborate with internal teams to improve call routing processes and enhance customer experience. * Provide basic information and support when appropriate, ensuring customers feel heard and valued. Skills Customer service, research, accounts receivable, billing customer service, finance, collection analysis, excel pivot tables Top Skills Details Customer service, research, accounts receivable, billing and/or customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications -Need at least 3 years of client service experience, preferably within a financial/banking setting Experience Level Entry - Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
