Location

This role is open globally, but location is set in Poland (Warszawa), Italy (Sesto San Giovanni), Romania (Bucharest), Sweden (Vasteras), Finland (Helsinki). The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.

Role

This role will lead the development of a pricing competency framework for the Motion Services business. By establishing a structured pricing training program and certification path, you will elevate pricing knowledge across the organization and play a pivotal role in promoting a smarter, more strategic approach to pricing. Alongside this, you will lead regional and country-level pricing transformation programs, accelerating pricing maturity across the business. Working closely with local pricing leads, you will drive initiatives that improve pricing strategies, processes and analytics, ultimately enabling profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of a structured pricing training program and certification path tailored to the needs of the service business. This includes defining pricing competency levels, developing relevant training content, and establishing a clear learning journey for various business roles. You will support training delivery through multiple channels, including webinars, in-person workshops and e-learning modules. This will require close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Contribute to the design and refinement of the global pricing transformation program, with a strong focus on building pricing capabilities and improving business performance. Lead the deployment of pricing initiatives by establishing strong collaboration at both regional and local levels. Partner with country pricing leads to support the creation and execution of pricing plans, monitor progress and report outcomes. Act as a trusted partner to local teams, supporting them throughout their pricing transformation journey.

• Lead the development and expansion of a collaborative forum for sharing pricing best practices, fostering cross-business collaboration and strengthening knowledge exchange.

• Act as a change agent by embedding pricing strategies and techniques into the business DNA. Collaborate with country pricing leads to ensure alignment, foster buy-in, and drive adoption. Provide training and ongoing support to empower local teams to implement and sustain pricing improvements.

• Actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives by challenging the status quo and identifying innovative ways to improve pricing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in pricing role, with exposure to pricing change management projects and training development.

• Strong knowledge of pricing processes, governance models and pricing concepts.

• Hands-on experience leading pricing transformation projects at a regional level or higher (project management certification is a plus).

• Ability to influence without authority across all organizational levels, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and a talent for inspiring teams and delivering results in matrixed environments.

• Highly organized with a focus on speed, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
