This Position reports to: Project ManagerResponsibility Responsibilities of this position are the management, commercial and customer aspects of assigned projects, including: * Full-cycle Project execution from contract award until final acceptance. * Participate in the project proposal phase with sales/proposal team to review customers' specifications and leading DFM review and discussion * Defining project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule and risk management. * Monitoring project implementation to ensure best practices in terms of costs, resource efficiency, risk management and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) * Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating with them, and acting as the key contact for the customer * Leading technical team and organizing right resource to solve issues for NPI project during different verification build test, such as EVT, PVT until to mass production * Managing the project according to agreed requirements, ensuring that all targets are met, and that relevant guidelines are followed * Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow * Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer * Build and maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction * Ensure quality/continuous performance * Seeking more commercial opportunities during project execution Requirements * Fluent English communication skills both in oral and written * Be able to travel locally and aboard up to 30% * Have SAP operation experience (preferred) This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company.
