Run what runs the world This Position reports to: Service ManagerThe After-Sales Support Specialist in Spectroscopy is responsible for providing technical assistance and support via phone or email to customers using our analyzers. They address technical issues, user training, and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. The After-Sales Support Specialist is based in Quebec (QC, Canada). However, the nature of the role may require occasional travel to customer sites (United States and internationally) and to various ABB offices. Your Role: Take on the Challenge
