Your Role and Responsibilities Be responsible for IP strategy development and implementation with business Work closely with business to harvest and protect IP assets, and manage its lifecycle Work together with business to mitigate and manage IP risk, provide IP legal advice and guidance on software, IOT and innovation matters involving contracts, JDA, NDA, strategic alliances, etc. In charge of all IP legal work, including manage IP dispute, IP transaction etc. Qualifications for the Role Bachelor's degree or above, major in Engineering, Math, Science, or related fields. Minimum of 8 years' experience as IP attorney and preferably extensive experience working in MNCs Must be flexible, self-driven and possess a positive outlook with an innovative and creative spirit. Customer oriented and strong interpersonal communication skills. Fluent in English & Mandarin. Required Member of China Patent Bar Preferred Master's (Business or equivalent) Preferred member of China Legal Bar What's in it for you?
