This Position reports to:

R&D Team Lead

In this role, you will have the opportunity develop and enhance complete and sizable software modules in the assigned software engineering function in one or more of platform and application management. Each day, you will execute assigned design and development activities focused on building solutions in an efficient and cost-effective manner and in accordance with quality standards. You will also showcase your expertise by providing curate project schedule estimates and ensures their successful completion within the deadline.

The work model for the role is: remote #LI-remote

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Own the deployment of key projects across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, cloud services

  • Ensure that products, systems, and equipment function consistently and efficiently by identifying and managing risks, predicting potential failures, and implementing preventative solutions to improve performance and reduce downtime

  • Coordinate closely with product teams and architects to ensure technical developments align with customer needs and business objectives

Qualifications for the role:

  • B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering

  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on Cloud infrastructure development (Azure Cloud)

  • 3 years' experience with DevOps (K8S, Dockers)

  • 5 years' experience in Python development

  • Understanding of computer architecture and operating systems concepts

  • Fluent in English and German is advantageous
