This Position reports to:

Project Execution Manager
Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.

The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid LI#hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified.
  • Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database.
  • Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.
  • Financial acumen, capable of understanding financial impact of decisions on job profitability.
Qualifications for the role
  • You are engaged in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing environment.
  • Degree in automatization / computer engineering.
  • You are highly skilled in project management and you possess good knowledge about cyber security.
  • Have superb organizational skills handling several ongoing projects.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of automation, shipbuilding, maritime industry, computer engineering or knowledge of ABB products are advantage.
  • You are passionate about people and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.
  • You are at ease communicating.
