| City/State:Bronx, New York Grant Funded:Yes Department:CMO - UBA Child Welfare Work Shift:Day Work Days:MON-FRI Scheduled Hours:8:30 AM-5 PM Scheduled Daily Hours:7.5 HOURS Pay Range:$120,000.00-$150,000.00 Program Director  We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead Montefiore/ UBA's Clinical Support Program (CSP) teams in supporting children and families across the Bronx. This program will oversee a team of clinicians who provide assessments and consultations to families referred by our partners at the NYC Administration for Children's Services (ACS) in the Bronx, particularly to determine client needs related to mental health, substance use, and intimate partner violence. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed Ph.D. with deep clinical expertise and proven leadership experience to shape a high-impact program and ensure the highest standards of care. Montefiore, the University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine, is nationally recognized for clinical excellence, research, and community partnerships that improve health outcomes across New York City. University Behavioral Associates (UBA), a part of Montefiore, is dedicated to providing innovative, evidence-based behavioral health and child welfare services to support children, families, and communities. CSP clinical staff will be based at one of the following Bronx locations: 1200 Waters Place, 2100 Bartow Avenue, and 2501 Grand Concourse (with responsibilities at 1775 Grand Concourse) and CSP referral staff will be based at 200 Corporate Boulevard (Yonkers). This position will be expected to travel between locations. About the Role As the Program Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple CSP teams, guiding Supervisors and clinicians to deliver high-quality, timely, and equitable services. You will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on partner, ensuring the program runs smoothly and adapts to the needs of the communities we serve. Starting salary is $140,000, plus bonus.
