Site Administrator Lead BH Psychiatry Admin Full Time 86536BR Job Summary Under the direction of the Director or Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, The Site Administrator Lead uses skills as a seasoned and experienced administrative operations professional to manage, plan and administer the operations of a small to mid-sized organizational unit with limited scope. S/he supports the overall aspects of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services and clinical departments within the Pritzker Building. S/he directly supports the Director and Ambulatory Executive Medical Directors within Behavioral Health. Manage and coordinate special projects/assignments as they arise within the Pritzker Building. Assist in process improvement, which includes the planning, development, implementation, training, and sustainment of a daily engagement system. Clinical programs are located in the UCSF Nancy Friend Pritzker Psychiatry Building in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood. Situated adjacent to UCSF's Mission Bay campus, the building is one of the few in the nation that combines outpatient mental health care for people of all ages with top-ranking programs in psychiatry and psychology training and research. By integrating behavioral health clinical, training, and research facilities under one roof-along with services from neurology, neurosurgery, radiology, anesthesiology, obstetrics/gynecology, and other specialties at UCSF-our center allows patients to receive world-class clinical care and participate in cutting-edge clinical research at a single location.
