Job Description

Daily tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands which include reprographic services, and shipping and receiving
  • Receiving package deliveries and preparing outgoing package shipments
  • Receiving material shipments and re-stocking, keeping storage spaces orderly
  • Availability for overtime, including weekends, during busy seasons to accommodate client needs and support team coverage
  • Lifting heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed
  • Maintain and monitor tidiness in break areas
  • Stocking the break areas with general supplies
  • Take inventory of office supplies; identifying when to replenish and how much
  • Take directions from supervisor or site manager
  • Participate in cross-training
  • Provide backfill as needed

"The pay range for this position starts at $18.25/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience as a Site Representative and/or a minimum of 1 year demonstrated knowledge and experience in a related functional area
  • Directly-related equipment operation experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of related equipment
  • Computer experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google suite preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to learn various programs and applications
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Ability to consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and policies, and company safety standards
  • Accountability to meet the employer's attendance policy
  • Ability to take and follow directions
  • Professional presence
