Get to Know Your Team:

• Responsible for coordinating the decontamination and sterilization of instruments and equipment for assigned area.
• Monitors and maintains inventory and equipment records.
• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory standards for universal precautions, sterilization methodologies, and regulatory standards for biological monitoring.
• Ability to take a lead role in work-flow and problem solve equipment malfunctioning.
• Two (2) years of previous job-related experience.
• National Certification in Sterile Processing or Surgical Technologist.
