The work location for this position is to be determined and will be communicated at the time of offer. Candidates must be willing to relocate to any First Solar location. Basic Job Functions: Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the waste water treatment, process water systems and the recycling process. This includes managing of the water and recycling supervisors and routine trouble shooting of the process. Additionally responsibilities will include; implementation of Maximo, Maximo job plans maintenance, working with Manufacturing Engineering to implement PMs and predictive maintenance, assignment of work based on technical skill level, implement and document training procedures to maintain and improve the competency level of the technicians, ensure all documentation is in place and maintained, working with vendors, contractors and engineering to manage projects. Responsible for motivating all team members, maintaining high morale levels & achieving operational excellence. Responsible to ensure that proper product quality standards are met at all times.
