Responsible for Advanced Practice Provider (APP) recruitment activities for Henry Ford Health to include, but not limited to, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, Midwives, and Psychotherapists. Undertakes activities related to APP recruitment and sourcing to meet the goals and objectives of APP recruitment strategies. Responsible for all steps associated with sourcing, screening, and delivering qualified, diverse APP candidates to Henry Ford Health. Supports the Department staff, Director of Physician Recruitment, and Senior APP Recruiter with a variety of administrative responsibilities to meet the goals and objectives of the Department. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in business or related field and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in APP or other healthcare related recruiting. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, must possess an associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in APP or other healthcare related recruiting. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Must possess knowledge of medical and surgical clinical specialty areas. High level of skills with computers and software. Demonstrated computer competency including use of windows-based computer system with advanced proficiency of a variety of tools including email, internet, and software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, database applications and presentation software. Experience with social media outlets. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and networking skills especially with physicians, medical staff leadership and administrative leadership.
