  Oversee roadside response operations in an assigned geographic, multi-market areaManage customer expectationsregardingresponse times andprovidedservicesMaintain high-level verbal and written communication with the Mobile Tire and Roadside Support TeamsEmploy creative and proactive approaches to resolve customer flat tire events and other roadside concerns,utilizingavailable resourcesCollaborate with the local Parts Team tounderstandinventory levels and locationsStrategically stage and schedule the fleet to ensure efficient responses to both roadside requests and scheduled jobs throughout the dayAccurately manage job information and requests in the Dispatch Operations System and CRMWhat You'll Bring
 
  Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in roadside or fleet dispatching, or in a service advisor roleDemonstrated experience handling customers in fast-paced environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh levelofadaptabilityand the ability to effectively prioritize andmaintaina flexible schedule to accommodate customer needsProficient in Dispatch Management Systems and MS Office SuiteStrong understanding of basic automotive knowledge related to chassis, wheel, and tire repair/replacementWillingnessto learn new automotive technologies, cross-collaborate with neighboring markets, andmaintainpositive working relationships in a team-based environmentCompensation and Benefits
