Description
We're seeking a detail-obsessed and process-oriented Sr. Manager, Contracts Operations to join our busy Trade Contracts team. This role supports a range of Macmillan imprints, including Celadon Books, Farrar, Straus and Giroux, Flatiron Books, Henry Holt and Company, Macmillan Children's Publishing Group, St. Martin's Publishing Group, Tor Publishing Group, and Macmillan Audio. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Contracts, this position is primarily responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accurate and timely registration of copyrights for all newly published titles across Macmillan's Trade imprints. The Sr. Manager, Contracts Operations also plays a key role in reviewing and enhancing workflows tied to copyright registration and contract processes-helping to streamline procedures and improve the overall operational effectiveness of the Trade Contracts team. This position also serves as a key liaison between the Contracts department and Royalties. What you'll do:

Ideal Experience:
This role will have an annual salary of $71,000-$80,000.
