Pay: $36.35/hr.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage multiple projects and model year plans, ensuring effective delivery and alignment across teams.
  • Support program and project managers by overseeing project management software deployment and resolving issues.
  • Serve as a key liaison between company STA, PD, Purchasing, and suppliers, conducting meetings and managing production tool kickoffs.
  • Track and report program milestones, tool orders, and part delivery status; identify and resolve non-conforming events.
  • Drive APQP activities, maintain tracking documents, and develop supplier support processes for production tooling.
  • Provide guidance to PMA supplier staff and communicate effectively with Ford upper management.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of PMA experience, including at least 3 years with OEM.
  • Strong knowledge of program management, APQP, and organizational leadership.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with PPAP processes preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix organization.
