Company: TEKsystems Title: Install Schedule Coordinator Location: Oxford, CT Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week Shift: 8am - 4pm, M-F Duration: 6 month Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $20-26 per hour based on prior experience Start Date: ASAP in November 2025 Job Summary The Installation Schedule Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Project Management team by efficiently scheduling installation crews and ensuring seamless project execution. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. The coordinator will manage the installation calendar, coordinate with clients, update internal systems, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, all while working collaboratively with the project management team. Qualifications: * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Proficiency in using 1 scheduling software and project management tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain the installation schedule, assigning crews and managing start times, as directed by the Project Managers (PMs). Manage the install calendar, including adding and updating key job notes, links to internal resources, and other relevant information. Client Communication: Communicate with clients via email to coordinate installation and delivery schedules, following the guidance of the PMs. Gather and confirm necessary client information, such as job location, room numbers, access times, and contact details. Data Management and System Updates: Update internal systems with accurate and timely client and project information. Process orders and input data into pick lists, quoting systems, and project management software within 24 hours. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure installers upload job completion notes and photos promptly. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to installation schedules and project details. Team Collaboration: Participate in daily project meetings with internal staff. Work closely with PMs to execute their strategic vision for the installation calendar. Follow all directives given by the PMs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
