In this role you will be helping to build features that empower front line workers to do their best work efficiently.We are hiring for a Senior Software Engineer.As a Senior Engineer for Copilot Studio AI Knowledge, your role will be to help the team define the right investments to make, build the features with high quality, maintainable solutions, and mentor the teams of engineers to accelerate their career paths, and deliver on the features we have promised customers on time. ResponsibilitiesExpand the reach of Copilot Studio by building new features, improving performance and scalability as the service grows, resolving issues that block customer flows.Use your enterprise experience to architect solutions that are high quality and scalable, which include internationalization and accessibility.Collaborate with a cross-discipline teams across the globe here within Microsoft.Engage with customers and help solve problems that they may have with the application and help drive improvements into the product based on feedback.Mentor and act as a role model for other engineers.Demonstrate technical leadership by identifying and filling gaps, defining architecture, and writing high-quality code.Clearly communicate with leadership groups around status and technical strategy.Thoughtful estimations with clear reasoning on how the estimates were determined.Contribute to a team culture that embraces diversity and inclusion and makes your team an awesome place to work. | |
