Bring passion and dedication to your work, and there's no limit to what you can achieve. Our client is seeking an experienced Podcast Program Manager to join the Services Integrated Media team. In this role, you'll help define the program and processes, collaborate with in-house media, analytics, creative, and strategy teams to execute and optimize paid media campaigns. You'll serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners on podcasts, vodcasts, streaming radio, TV and OOH campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic, process and data-driven with expertise in planning, execution, and optimization of audio advertising campaigns. You will activate placements across podcasts, streaming platforms (Spotify, Pandora, iHeartRadio, etc.), and terrestrial radio. A strong understanding of the audio landscape, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for emerging formats and trends are essential. As a Podcast Program manager, you'll be hands on the end-to-end tactical planning and execution of cross-channel paid media campaigns across Services. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for overseeing the tactical planning, launch, management and optimization of Services media campaigns. You will be expected to demonstrate clear and thorough understanding of traditional and digital advertising, while delivering strategic campaigns to successfully hit directed KPIs. Working with the channel managers and analytics to validate campaign performance through strategic testing will be vital to creating successful Audio and Video campaigns. Success requires expertise in both traditional and digital advertising, strong tactical execution skills, and a commitment to continuous learning across the evolving audio/media landscape.
