As a Spa Nail Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an elevated spa experience under the direction of the Spa Director and alongside a supportive team. Your warm personality, skillful nail services, and dedication to client care will help build lasting relationships and a loyal clientele.

What You'll Do

• Deliver the Ultimate Beauty Experience to every guest, every time
• Provide exceptional nail care services including basic and spa manicures and pedicures
• Consult with clients, answer questions, and offer expert recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a relaxing experience
• Build and retain a strong client base through exceptional service and rapport
• Promote and sell appropriate spa products and services
• Accurately maintain and report your schedule
• Attend required trainings and team meetings
• Support spa operations and uphold company service standards
• Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

What You Bring

• State Nail Technician License(required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively with your team
