The Supervisor, Learning Operations supports the delivery of learning programs within Wisdom's Learning Center of Excellence (CoE). This role leads a team of Learning Operations Administrators or Specialists, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of learning logistics including scheduling, enrollments, communications, and coordination of virtual and in-person programs. The Supervisor partners closely with the Stakeholders of their portfolio to uphold standards and processes for delivery calendars, venue coordination, and content administration. This role also supports the StarLearning content upload process, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to established taxonomy and workflows.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Learning Operations teammates to ensure timely and accurate execution of logistics for learning programs, including scheduling, enrollments, communications, and virtual/in-person coordination.
  • Manage capacity and performance of Learning Operations teammates to fulfill logistical and communication needs for program delivery.
  • Partner with managers to create and adhere to centralized standards, processes, and templates for master delivery calendar, communications, venue contracting, and budgeting for CoE programs.
  • Supports managers with prioritization, and process adherence for StarLearning administration related to content testing, quality assurance, upload, and assignments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 3+ years in Learning and Development

The Salary Range for the role is $68,000.00-$100,000.00 per year.
