We are currently hiring a Cataract Surgical Consultant to support the San Diego/Orange County territory. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across key advanced technology and equipment categories, expanding Alcon's market share in the cataract surgery space. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales and negotiation, deep clinical and product expertise, and the ability to communicate complex commercial models effectively.

This position requires strategic thinking, clinical selling acumen, and the ability to deliver Alcon's value proposition to a wide range of stakeholders.

• Lead targeting and sales execution across assigned advanced technology product categories.
• Partner with division colleagues to ensure customer success and growth with Alcon's technologies.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external customers, collaborating closely with Clinical Application Specialists.
• Develop and present commercial acquisition and discounting models tailored to customer needs.
• Demonstrate technical, financial, and strategic proficiency in advanced technology sales and ROI modeling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, technical, clinical, training, and finance teams to ensure long-term customer success.

* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
* The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
* 5 Years of Proven Experience

• Build and maintain strong relationships to achieve business objectives.
• Thrive in dynamic environments and work independently in a remote sales setting.
