Overview

We are seeking a HRIS Coordinator, as part of corporate administration, the HRIS Coordinator partners with hospital locations to ensure the HRIS is maintained consistently and accurately across the health system. The role emphasizes data integrity, compliance, and reporting, while offering guidance to HR teams and reinforcing corporate standards.

Shifts Available: Days (No Weekends or Holidays)

Employment Type: Full-time (In-Person)

Hours: 8-hour shift - 8:00am to 4:00pm

Location: Providence Medical Center - Kansas City, KS

Responsibilities

**If you have advanced Excel proficiency, HRIS experience in a healthcare setting or Lawson (Infor), you are strongly encouraged to apply!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

  • Performs a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for Lawson (Infor) by assisting subject matter experts with system testing, training, creating functional scripts, and streamlining HR processes electronically
  • Manage system administration across multiple hospital locations ensure (Human Resources Information System) HRIS records job codes departments and positions remain accurate and aligned with corporate standards
  • Audit HRIS data across hospitals to maintain data integrity prevent duplicates and enforce consistent coding conventions
  • Oversee multi-site credential tracking, monitor staff licensure and certification compliance with Joint Commission CMS and state requirements
  • Develop corporate reporting and analytics, prepare systemwide reports on headcount turnover compliance staffing ratios and workforce trends
  • Implement HRIS projects including upgrades new module rollouts and integrations with payroll scheduling and benefits systems


Qualifications

Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources/information systems or related field, or at least 2 years of relevant HRIS experience required
  • At least 2 years of Human Resources experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting

Additional Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be familiar with HRIS database, applicant tracking system, and performance management
  • Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel required
  • Ability to travel to different facilities during implementation and training

Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus:

  • Experience with Infor Lawson and iCIMS preferred
