Shift:Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm * Base Pay Range: $52,665 - $83,179 per year, based on experience ABOUT THE JOB MU Health Care is looking for a Revenue Cycle Trainer to lead the development and delivery of innovative education programs that support our revenue cycle operations. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION Consult and partner with MU Healthcare managers and the technology department to develop process flows, ensure appropriate build in all appropriate domains, evaluate education and strategies for adoption, ensure appropriate access and determine support needs. Develop positive relationships with managers and end users throughout the healthcare system in order to effectively implement relevant training objectives and measure training outcomes and inform management of any performance concerns. Manage, plan, implement and evaluate training projects and special projects as assigned. Participate in MU Healthcare committees to give recommendations on process and determine education/communication needs. Provide training support to end users throughout the healthcare system for all revenue cycle practices. Research, create and update education materials to ensure materials are up-to-date, relevant and compliant with regulatory and industry standards. Use innovative techniques to develop, coordinate and deliver training to end users utilizing a variety of training methods to improve and maintain revenue cycle processes. May complete unit/department specific duties as outlined in department documents. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business, education, finance, healthcare or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired. Three (3) years of experience in adult training/education or healthcare/revenue cycle. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in the development and presentation of training programs. Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
