As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will support a variety of general maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that includes light mechanical work, cleaning, equipment mounting, and routine building upkeep. You"ll work both independently and alongside the facilities team to ensure the work environment remains well-maintained and supports daily operations. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, stay organized, and can adapt to a fast-paced environment with a range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities
* Perform general facility maintenance tasks such as patching and painting interior/exterior surfaces
* Conduct groundskeeping duties including lawn care, trash removal, and snow/ice cleanup as needed
* Assist with mechanical work such as building and mounting equipment, installing shelving, and assembling furniture
* Change air filters, light bulbs, and perform basic HVAC support tasks
* Execute housekeeping and janitorial work to maintain cleanliness in common areas, offices, and restrooms
* Follow preventative maintenance schedules and perform routine inspections
* Maintain supply inventory and request replacements as needed
* Support other teams during internal moves, event setups, or facility-related projects
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards

Qualifications
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or related trades
* Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
* Experience with patch/paint work, light plumbing or electrical tasks a plus
* Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs unassisted and work on ladders or lifts
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
* Basic computer proficiency (email, work order systems)
* Forklift certification is a plus
* Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
