Description

General Purpose

Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities



  • Review and verify invoices and check requests
  • Sort, code and match invoices
  • Enter and upload invoices into system
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions
  • Prepare analysis of accounts
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits
  • Assist with monthly AP close
  • Provide backup for employees on leave of absence


Education and Experience



  • Associate's degree with a focus in Accounting or related field
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable
  • Knowledge of general Accounting procedures
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Expert ability using, and guiding others to use, electronic business systems and applications (e.g. expense reporting tools or other business applications
  • 1-3 years Accounts Payable or general Accounting experience
  • Proficient in Excel and Word, 10 key by touch, Axapta and Metaviewer experience a plus
  • Experience in Travel and Expense a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $20 - $22 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
