We currently have an opening for a Studio Bartender to join our team in The Studio at Saint Kate - a vibrant gathering place where creativity flows as freely as the cocktails.

Recognized as one of Milwaukee's most esteemed hotels with an elite award repertoire, Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel offers a modern, luxury experience with an artistic flair. Located in Milwaukee's Theater District, Saint Kate serves as a creative hub for the city - a place where art, hospitality, and community intersect. Our bartenders play a key role in creating that experience, delivering exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and genuine connection with every guest.

What will you be doing?
  • Create and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with precision, consistency, and creativity.

  • Deliver engaging and personalized service that reflects Saint Kate's artistic and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout the shift.

  • Prepare garnishes, juices, and syrups according to recipes and business levels.

  • Monitor and control beverage inventory and ensure proper rotation of stock.

  • Adhere to all State, Federal, and company liquor laws, including responsible service standards.

  • Work collaboratively with the bar, culinary, and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Assist in training and mentoring barbacks and new team members as needed.

  • Support event and private bar functions when scheduled in The Studio or other venues throughout the hotel.

What we are looking for:
  • Prior bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred.

  • A passion for mixology, creativity, and delivering exceptional hospitality.

  • Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and local craft beverages.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess or obtain a bartending license as required.

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
