Digital & IT Senior Analyst "Functional Business Analyst" (SSO Division - Location: Miami, FL) Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Digital & IT Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems and business process management, with the ability to analyze, design, and improve business processes within the organization. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating them into system solutions, and ensuring that business processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: Essential Functions:
This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key Digital and IT disciplines and/or services: * Application Programming * Software Support * Database Administration * Engineering Systems * Business Systems (MSS, JDE, SAP or similar) * Reporting and Data Analysis/Processing Tools Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area. * At least 3-5 years related IT experience as a Business Analyst. * Strong understanding of SAP core modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, WM, etc.). * Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills. * Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization. * Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
