As a key contributor to the Corporate WIN Strategy, the Quality Engineer will lead and manage quality operations within the assigned Value Stream to ensure the highest standards of product and process quality. This role develops, implements, and maintains quality systems and procedures, leveraging statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to drive defect reduction and operational excellence. The Quality Engineer serves as a technical expert and team leader, collaborating across functions including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Supplier Quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
