| Duties/Responsibilities: 
 Experience required with mold set up, operation, adjustments, troubleshooting and maintaining complex machines to department efficiency averagesRead and interpret process prints, including math conversions for setting machinesRead and interpret quality information instructions to meet quality requirementsNotify Quality of any out of spec partsRead, interpret, and legibly record data on computers for SPC and quality assuranceProduce and inspect finished parts using scales, calipers, micrometers, adjustable, direct reading and fixed gauges to check workHandle and mix materialsCare required to keep machines and molds cleanRecognize defective tooling, machine malfunctions and dimensional deviationsUse of judgment to plan, perform and make decisions as to set ups and operations within recognized proceduresOperate crane, forklift, and other handling equipment according to OSHA specificationsComplete all daily 5S duties to include trash removalTrain, instruct and assist trainees throughout the training periodPerform these and all other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management Required Skills/Abilities:
