As a Community and Employee Engagement Events Intern, you will play a key role in building a culture of volunteerism among ASML employees and strengthening the ASML community. Your efforts will focus on our key areas of Diversity and Inclusion , local and regional communities and STEM education. Additionally, you will help organize and execute employee events aimed at engaging employees, fostering employee pride and promoting the Chandler, Arizona site as a great place to work.

As a Community and Employee Engagement Intern, you will:

  • Assist the Management Assistant team in executing ASML CS US regional employee engagement and employee events program and ensure alignment with corporate goals and policy
  • Connect with nonprofits local to each of the designated ASML sites and create volunteer teambuilder opportunity database for each site
  • In collaboration with admin team, align with managers to plan and execute volunteer teambuilder events
  • Collaborate with US regional and local leadership to promote local employee engagement and philanthropic activities, employee volunteer events and initiatives
  • Help build and document volunteerism within the US region for ASML employes
  • Help build engagement within the US region for ASML's employees
  • Other duties as assigned

Your Profile

  • Must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business or a related field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (e.g. clear, concise, professional, etc.)
  • Results driven - demonstrates ownership and accountability and delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs
  • Experience working in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator programs a plus
  • Event planning experience a plus
  • SharePoint experience a plus
  • Volunteer experience with non-profit organizations
