As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Ryerson, you will be responsible for developing and designing front/back-end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features. Roles and Responsibilities Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process Proficient in debugging both personal and team-written code to ensure optimal functionality and performance Responsible for maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation to support codebase transparency and team collaboration Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs Requirements Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or 10 years of relevant work experience with a High School Diploma Proficiency with the creation of Unit Tests and the use of the library JEST Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with React.js and TypeScript Must have experience with Node.js, knowledge of Serverless.com is preferred Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL and MSSQL Basic experience in using Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure Cloud) Excellent verbal communication skills Salary: $91,000 - $136,000 annually. A starting salary higher than $91,000 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
