Wieland is hiring a Tech Tube Team Lead. The Tech Tube Team Lead is responsible for the safety and productivity of all production employees staffed on designated shifts. This role is located in Pine Hall, N.C. and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay: $26

Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Friday

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

Tech Tube Team Lead Responsibilities:

Ability to motivate and develop people
• Good written and "people" communication skills for building and establishing relationships with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to plan and prioritize workflow/manpower in designated area(s)
• Works well under pressure with good decision-making ability while conducting a professional and responsible attitude
• Accurate record keeping
• Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas
• Perform related duties as assigned or the situation dictates
• Able to run shop floor without supervision needed
• Responsible for tool room, inventory and tooling quality as well as daily quality walks to ensure quality parts are shipped to customer
• Assists with set-ups and quality trouble shooting as needed
• Recognized as a strong contributor within the organization
• Demonstrates integrity by managing self while exhibiting leadership stature

Tech Tube Team Lead Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Enable effective communications between management and operators
• Very strong ability to lead, coach, facilitate, and communicate with individuals across a broad
• range of experience and functional levels
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance to 5S protocol
• Investigate and report all incidents to supervisor (spills, accidents, poor performance, etc)
