Job Summary

Equinix is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Strategy Analysis to drive data-informed brand strategy, positioning, and management initiatives. This role combines quantitative rigor with qualitative insight to shape how our brand resonates in the market. You'll be responsible for translating complex research findings into actionable strategic recommendations that guide brand decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities


  • Design and execute comprehensive global brand health tracking studies, combining quantitative metrics with qualitative perception research

  • Lead or support brand research initiatives including segmentation, personas, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and brand lift studies

  • Conduct competitive brand research and analysis using market data, competitive intelligence, and best practices

  • Analyze brand performance across audience segments to identify opportunities for strategic improvement

  • Translate complex data and insights into clear brand strategy recommendations for cross-functional teams and leadership

  • Develop and maintain brand performance dashboards and KPI frameworks

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct A/B testing of various brand creative across verbal and visual identity

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand research vendors, including during procurement, briefing, and project execution

  • Develop and circulate brand strategy analysis presentations to support cross-functional teams in the application of brand research

  • Contribute to annual planning and budgeting of brand research projects and programs

Qualifications


  • 7 years of experience in brand strategy, brand analysis, or brand research roles

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing both quantitative and qualitative brand research studies

  • Expertise in brand tracking methodologies and brand equity measurement

  • Skilled in data visualization and presentation (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with third-party marketing measurement platforms and tools


The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - (CO, DE, FL, GA, MI, MN,NV,NH, OR, PA, RI, TX, WI) : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual

United States - CA Non-Bay Area, AK, CT, DC, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA : 150,000 - 224,000 USD / Annual

United States - CA Bay Area : 163,000 - 245,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Remote Location - CA : 131,000 - 181,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
