Position Title: General Laborer Wage: $16.00 - $18.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm A leader in manufacturing displays and exhibits has immediate openings for a General Laborer. We think, collaborate, design, engineer, cut, saw, weld, paint, print, sand, warehouse, kit, all in house right in Wausau, WI. Our crew takes pride in every item that leaves our 100,000 square foot facility. Your work schedule may change from week to week depending on the projects flowing through the production facility. General Laborer Responsibilities: - Unload product from carts - Operate laser to engrave drinkware with custom logos - Label parts - Assemble components with a nail gun to create displays - Assist in the Finishing Department with painting and sanding - Use nail gun, drills, screw gun, caulking gun and hand tools - Count and pick inventory parts to be placed in job bins - Maintain clean work area Requirements for General Laborer: - Able to lift up to 75lbs occasionally - Able to walk, stand, bend and twist throughout shift - Knowledge of power tools and woodworking equipment preferred - Able to work with small hand tools and nail gun - Able to read blueprints and/or engineering drawings - Able to use measuring tools - Able to work in dusty and loud environment QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
