Overview Senior Client Relations Specialist manages and supports top-tier client accounts while providing advanced analytical and reporting support. This position combines strategic client relationship management with data-driven insights to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in client service or account management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in handling complex client needs. In addition to managing daily client assignments and inbound inquiries, this role will assist with preparing reports, analyzing client data, and contributing to national business development initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. The Salary Range for this position is $53,300 - $79,900 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure. Essential Job Functions

Physical Demands, Overtime, and Travel Requirements Physical Demands - Work is performed primarily in an office setting and employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Position requires the ability to speak, write, and communicate clearly. Employee may lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. In addition to physical requirements, employee must be sharp, focused, and alert while performing his or her duties and interacting with clients, coworkers, and vendors. This includes possessing the mental aptitude, cognition, concentration, and state of mind necessary to perform his or her job duties, with negligible distractions that could jeopardize employee's work productivity, quality of work, and safety to self and others. Overtime - This position is salaried with a non-exempt FLSA status. Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. There will be periods where overtime will be required, which the employee will need to comply with in order to meet the demands of the position. Travel Requirements - Minimal to no travel beyond the greater metropolitan area of the employee's assigned district office is expected for this position.
