How You'll Make an Impact

• Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and value.

• Negotiate contracts and build lasting vendor relationships.

• Analyze demand forecasts and inventory levels to guide purchasing decisions.

• Request and assess quotations, proposals, and bids.

• Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery.

• Collaborate across departments to meet business goals.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in procurement or buying roles.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Solid understanding of supply chain and purchasing principles.
