Are you passionate about helping teams navigate and thrive through change? We are seeking a principled Change & Communication Lead to join our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement organization. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to identify change impacts, develop and execute change and communication strategies, and ensure those affected are supported before, during, and after significant change initiatives.

This is an onsite role based at GP Center in downtown Atlanta, GA.

Our Team

Georgia-Pacific's Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) organization is responsible for the strategic category management, sourcing and procurement of the critical supplies and materials that support our facilities. The SS&P organization partners with our business partners and leverages best practices to uniquely position the team to improve decision making capabilities and capture significant savings and efficiency opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to assess change impacts and readiness.
  • Develop tailored change management and communication plans that foster understanding, engagement, and adoption.
  • Enable clear, two-way communication to ensure a shared understanding of the vision, goals, and expectations.
  • Coach leaders and employees to maximize their contribution during transitions.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies based on feedback and results.

  • Change impacts are minimized through proactive planning and support.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree OR 3-5 years' work experience in a professional work environment
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and influence across different levels of the organization
  • Ability to develop and communicate a shared vision with impacted users to effectively explain the "why"
  • Ability to work with process team and others to identify change impacts and develop strategies to connect others and enable a successful change.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 3-5 years' experience working in change management & communications OR sourcing and procurement
  • Professional work experience in the manufacturing industry
