As a Security Professional - Bank Site Patrol in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents while maintaining exceptional customer service and clear communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a financial institution setting.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted locations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and/or law enforcement as needed.
• Complete detailed written reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities according to Allied Universal standards.
• Remain visible and approachable while on patrol to provide assistance and support to building occupants and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
