As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment. This is a driving position, where your visible presence and routine patrols will contribute to a calm atmosphere for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with all individuals, and uphold our company's agile, reliable, and innovative values. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity in and around the commercial real estate location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, visitors, and other Allied Universal personnel as needed.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports according to Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Applicants should be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet, which is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
