As a Commissioning & Start-up Operator, you will be part of a highly skilled team dedicated to safely and efficiently transitioning complex facilities from construction to operation. You'll work in an environment that values collaboration, safety, and technical excellence-where every action contributes to delivering a reliable, high-performing plant for our clients and end users. Purpose of the Role You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and safe facility testing, commissioning, and start-up process. Reporting to the Commissioning Manager or Commissioning Lead, you will work closely with field construction teams, operations, and other stakeholders to prepare systems for operation, issue Safe Work Permits, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards. Your focus will be on readiness, compliance, and operational excellence that sets the stage for long-term success. Core Responsibilities
