As a Cloud Solution Architecture Manager in the Health and Life Sciences Operating Unit of Microsoft , you will join a team that is redefining how organizations leverage AI to drive business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer success. You'll lead a team of architects who deliver agentic AI solutions leveraging Co-pilot, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. ResponsibilitiesLead and Inspire: Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring, living Microsoft's values and culture. Attract, develop, and retain top talent in cloud and AI solution architecture. Drive AI Transformation: Accelerate innovation by coaching teams on building and modifying intellectual properties rooted in domain expertise and industry acumen. Champion Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot in the enablement of agents, and AI-powered business solutions. Customer & Partner Engagement: Provide the team with a holistic perspective of customer/partner challenges, industry trends, and competitor architectures. Enable team members to engage with customers/partners, demonstrate Microsoft's value, and develop counter strategies. Solution Delivery Excellence: Drive adherence to Microsoft standards and recommended practices by setting expectations for methodology and governance. Ensure the team identifies, communicates, and minimizes business and technical risks. Industry Impact: Model how to engage constructively and transparently with the technical and business community locally and globally.
