Description

Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to join the Cloud Service Integration Team (CSIT), supporting multiple Department of Defense (DoD) customers across a range of Salesforce configuration and deployment initiatives. This role is critical to aligning cloud-based Salesforce solutions with strategic business objectives, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective implementations.

Job Duties:

    Possessing strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and program management best practices
  • Overseeing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining the high standards expected by our government clients in secure cloud environments

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience required
  • A deep understanding of Salesforce products, features, and limitations to guide configuration and implementations, including some familiarity with Salesforce Gov Plus Cloud, Experience and Service Clouds, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Maps, Einstein Analytics, Public Sector Solutions, and Agentforce
  • Ability to plan, execute, and close out projects using an Agile methodology
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian suite is required
  • Experience overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle-from initiation through deployment and support-using Salesforce implementation best practices
  • Proven ability to support government stakeholders in managing a project's cost, schedule, and risks to ensure a timely, budget-conscious delivery aligned with Salesforce release cycles
  • Ability to manage all Salesforce licensing and cost tracking, including license types, quantities, and future needs
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and drive user adoption
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues related to Salesforce configuration and integration
  • Ability to provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including government PMO leads, using Salesforce-native project management and reporting tools
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams and manage client expectations
  • Proven strong communications skills


Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Understanding of cloud security principles and FedRAMP compliance
  • Experience managing secure environments for government or DoD clients- familiar with Air Force personnel and recruiting process is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Flow automation, and AppExchange solutions
  • Ability to guide configuration, customization, and integration efforts
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, security models, and release management
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
  • Understanding of KPIs, ROI, and how CRM impacts organizational performance
  • Experience in management and driving user adoption. check
  • Ability to translate business goals into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Knowledge of CMMI Level 3 principles
  • Desired certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
