Responsibilities
The Complex Chief Engineer will oversee engineering operations across four properties: Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, SpringHill Suites, and Fairfield Inn. This role is responsible for the efficient operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Key duties include developing and managing a proactive maintenance program to uphold safety, security, and guest and staff comfort. The position also serves as Chairperson of the Safety Committee and is responsible for supervising, training, and leading the engineering teams at each property.
