Overview
We are seeking a TA Operations Manager to lead process optimization and system enablement within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This role will drive consistency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across our recruiting operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of the ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, or equivalent) and HRIS integrations.
  • Develop and maintain TA reporting dashboards to track performance and hiring metrics.
  • Partner with recruiters and HRBPs to ensure accurate candidate data flow between systems.
  • Design and document standard operating procedures to enhance recruiter productivity.
  • Lead training sessions for recruiters on new workflows and system updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Support compliance, audit readiness, and TA analytics initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or HR systems.
  • Proven knowledge of ATS administration (Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS, or ADP).
  • Proficient in data reporting and analysis using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
