FTE: .06-1.0 Shift: Days Schedule: M-F Salary: $269,933-$298,712 (1.0 FTE) This is a unique opportunity for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with three plus years of experience to work in our Access Primary Care clinic in Puyallup, WA. This role serves to support the community seeing patients who are without an active Primary Care Provider (PCP) and in need of care prior to their scheduled appointment with the new/future PCP. The clinic acts as a bridge to support patient needs interim thus the providers serve as PCP from a few weeks to several months. The Access clinic is embedded within another Primary Care Clinic with an experienced team of providers with many years' experience who are a tremendous resource. The right fit for this role is a physician who truly enjoys getting to know new patients and creating a quick bond that feels supportive and rewarding for patient and physician alike. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $269,933.00 - $298,712.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
